Dr. Estrella successfully organized a Dental Mission in the Philippines on May 2010. She was able to gather dentists/former classmates from all over the world to help participate in the mission. The goal of the dental mission was to provide service and relief to the local people who cannot afford regular dental care. In addition to their voluntary services, dentists and other participants contributed dental supplies, toothbrushes and toothpastes, and provided translated oral hygiene instructions for all patients. The charity event was busy, fun, rewarding and a success!
